Rescheduling of constituency by-elections
Section 9 of the Scotland Act 1998 provides for the Presiding Officer to fix a date for a by-election when a constituency seat becomes vacant.1legislation.gov.uk. (1998).

S6W-18325 Douglas Lumsden: To ask the Scottish Government whether it has a target date to achieve 100% gigabit-capable broadband coverage across the whole of Scotland.
Those who are serving short-term sentences will have their release dates recalculated and be released subject to the transitional provisions on that new date.
