I ask the question in view of the behaviour last week, in Dollar, of the Minister for Skills and Lifelong Learning, Keith Brown. I believe that Mr Brown’s behaviour was in breach of the code of conduct— On a point of order, Presiding Officer.
The issue is important and I want at the outset to acknowledge not only the Government’s role over the past few years, which has been exemplary, but also Keith Brown’s personal experience and commitment.
I do not have any specific review material to hand, but I will examine Mr Brown’s point as it relates to bodies that are within the Government’s control.
