“Scottish Government Intervention—Assessment Report” (Action) To ask the Scottish Government what action it has taken since the publication of the Scottish Information Commissioner’s “Scottish Government Intervention—Assessment Report”, which found that it was operating a two-tier system for managing freedom of information requests, which discriminated against journalists, MSPs and researchers. (S5O-02389) The commissioner’s report explicitly acknowledges that the Scottish Government has made changes in the past 12 months that have already resulted in significant improvements to our FOI performance.
