There is no doubt that Covid has had a big impact, as the member will know, especially in the shellfish sector that hitherto had suffered loss of markets such as the brown crab market in China. I worked with George Eustice on that issue fairly constructively.

From my perspective, the flood risk and the coastal issue are the biggest risks, but we have a pretty good handle on them. Baroness Brown, from the Committee on Climate Change’s adaptation committee, spoke about Government being prepared for temperature change, particularly with the trajectory moving from 1.5°C to 2°C.
