Report tracking the work of the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee 2024-25 - Short-term lets regulations
She acknowledged updated guidance was taking longer than expected but that a draft would be received during summer recess in 2025. The Cabinet Secretary also confirmed that some areas where suggestions for reform had been made were beyond the scope of guidance and a consultation would be produced later in 2025.
