I will try to be as brief as possible but I should say that we appreciate Keith Brown’s efforts over the period to keep close control of what was happening with transport.
I have heard concerns from various stakeholders about some of the challenges around attracting private investment into the sector and having the right investment structures in place. Keith Brown mentions one of those challenges, which is around pension funds.
Police numbers are being cut and crimes are not being investigated. I remind Mr Brown that we are talking about his constituents, who are suffering those consequences.
