Will the minister reassure the local community that such basic information will be required before any alteration to the structure plan is approved by ministers? Is she aware that, to date, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency has been unable to play a full role because Renfrewshire Council has failed to register the site as being contaminated?

The minister will be aware that I have lodged a motion encouraging the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body to make facilities available for MSPs and parliamentary staff to donate blood.
