As the "golden hello" scheme was introduced from 1 August 2002, it will be at least a further year from that date until its full effect becomes evident.
To ask the Scottish Executive what progress has been made since 1999 to date in funding and encouraging improvements in the diagnosis and assessment of autistic spectrum disorders.
