If that is to be done before 19 October, it will have to happen during the recess. However, I am quite sure that it could be arranged, if members were interested.
Those are ideas that we can firm up after we have had the initial seminars and visits, the purpose of which would be to get a flavour of the issue to get us started before the summer recess. In your paper, you give a list of groups from whom we could get briefings in May.
