To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will list the meetings held between Scottish and UK ministers since May 2007, showing the dates and topics discussed in each case.
We could take into account the year average rather than the figure on a fixed date or use another method that took into account, as Ian Robertson suggested, the fact that on census day we might be 45 short but three weeks later we could be plus two.
However, we update it through addenda and inserts—we will do that—and we keep the guidance on our website up to date as well. As you say, updating the leaflet is probably not essential.
That is why there is legislative provision for the secretary of state to postpone the date of implementation to changes in universal credit, if he or she thinks that it would be appropriate to do so or impractical to follow the date of implementation that the Scottish Parliament set.
