In calculating the 22 day period under this paragraph no account shall be taken of any time during which the Parliament is dissolved or is in recess for more than 4 days.
9. A lobbying resolution motion will not be taken by the Parliament until 7 days after the committee mentioned in Rule 6.11 reports to the Parliament.
