Child-friendly court system While Professors Norrie and McHarg emphasised the positive features of the Bill that improved the accessibility of the court system to children, such as the role of the Children’s Commissioner in raising court proceedings, others considered accessibility of the court system to children and young people in practice presented difficulties.
