I think that we are seeing more of a slowdown than a recession. The facts and the data do not indicate that we are heading towards a serious economic recession.
I will consider each of those in some detail.We have said that it is no longer tolerable to waste energy, especially in a recession. Energy efficiency can no longer be seen as the Cinderella of energy policy.
