To ask the Scottish Government what communication it has received from the Government Actuary’s Department since May 2007 in relation to the review of commutation tables for Scottish police officers' pensions and on what dates. The Scottish Government regrets that the information requested can only be obtained at disproportionate cost.

The average number of days taken for an invoice to be paid by the Scottish Executive and its Executive Agencies from the date of receipt in 2010-11 was 6.5 days.
The proposed changes have been made to strengthen the model code and to bring it up to date, thus making it easier to use.I welcome the opportunity to answer any questions that the committee might have.
