You will be aware that everyone who applies for a postal vote needs to fill in a postal vote application in which they provide their signature and date of birth. For every postal vote that is returned, the signature and date of birth are checked before the ballot paper is opened and placed into the count.
You described the “cumbersome” process of having to prepare business plans and all the rest of it, which is rather out of date. Obviously, peer-to-peer lending is right up to date, and the risks are identified by peers rather than by a third party.

I give a quick reminder in layman’s terms that, for any property transaction, we have the date of the transaction, which leads to the requirement that some tax be paid, but the payment of the tax is generally subsequent to the date of the transaction.
