That was brought up earlier. Keeping the local people up to date can be an issue. They ring someone and find that they are no longer there so they do not know who the named individual is.
Is that not the case with most contracts in the voluntary sector? No. Most contracts have a start date and an end date. We had our end date, and now the question has been raised about whether what we understand about the contract is correct.

The timescale for the transfer of the CSP from the home authority to the host authority will be four weeks from the date when the child starts at the new school or, if the child has already started school in the new host authority, four weeks from the date on which the home authority becomes aware of the change.
