Response to letter on Disclosure and PVG Fees in relation to early learning providers
The Police Act 1997 and the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (Fees) (Coronavirus) Amendment Regulations 2022 amend only the expiry date of the Police Act 1997 and the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (Fees) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020 (“the 2020 Regulations”) for an additional period of 3 months.

NHS Galleri trial submission of 20 December 2021
Final trial stage outcomes results are due in late 2025/ early 2026. To date, over 30,000 people have been enrolled in the NHS-Galleri trial of our 140,000 total and our aim is to complete recruitment by summer 2022.
