We are already consultinginformally through our engagements across Scotland over the summer recess. We will announce the terms and timescale of thereview of our antisocial behaviour strategy in due course.
However, I will deliberate on them and I will come back to members at a later date, either in writing or in the chamber.I take this opportunity to wish everybody a very happy recess.
The majority of local authorities have the ability and commitment to deliver, but there have always been barriers to that. Given the recession and the upcoming welfare reforms, which I am sure we will get on to, there are threats out there.
We have chosen five completely different areas. The two older ones, which date back to 2013, were not involved in the thinking around the climate scenario that we are now thinking about.
The Cabinet Secretary for Finance will set out the approach that will be taken when she sets out the budget at a later date, and that will establish the parameters of pay policy.
However, we know that many older people slipped through the net, and were not able to access the most up-to-date information about what they needed to do.
