I would like to ask a little bit about what actions the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service has taken to date in response to Lady Dorrian’s recommendations, bearing in mind that her report was published almost a year ago.
I can understand why people are raising these concerns, but I do not see that in the food and drink sector, and there is certainly no evidence of that to date. I have a question for Ms Douglas.
Therefore, we can say with hindsight that we promised businesses there that we would be out on a date that was too early. I will give a contrast with that.
It is based on data that was extracted in the middle of last year, so it is not as up to date as the thinkbroadband figures, which purport to be a lot more current.
