Funding and expenditure data was derived for the corresponding sportscotland annual review for each given year. Every annual review dating back to 1999-2000 is available on the sportscotland website.
There is a challenge in making sure that people are aware of that in keeping service directories up to date and promoting those services. We find that our community link workers and mental health practitioners are key to that.
Section 13 of the Bill ends the ambulatory effect of section 15 of the Scotland Act and instead provides that whether a person is disqualified from membership of the Scottish Parliament is based on the law on 27 April 2022. This date is prior to the Elections Act 2022 coming into force.

In May 2023, PAYE real median earnings in Scotland fell 0.3% on an annual basis, following sharper annual declines throughout 2022.
Wage stagnation pre-dates the cost-of-living crisis. In October 2021, the OBR forecast that UK-wide real wages would be lower in 2026 than they were in 2008, marking almost two decades of stagnant wage growth.
The Parliament will then have 60 days to scrutinise the plan. A commencement date for the duty on public bodies is yet to be set by Scottish Ministers in secondary legislation.
The Bill also includes a power to set a period of time from any date of resignation after which no steps (or only certain steps) in the procedure can be applied unless additional criteria are met.
Representatives from third sector organisations expressed concerns about the level of the stipend as well as the impact of delays in processing applications with no end date and the long periods spent in temporary accommodation with no right to work.
