To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S6W-12255 by Keith Brown on 29 November 2022, how many people were found guilty of offences under section 40(1) of the Regulatory Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 in 2021-22.
I therefore suggest, based on the last paragraph of the letter, that we go back to the secretary of state. I see that Keith Brown is sighing. Yes, Mr Brown—I am sighing inside, too.
I do not want to labour the point about brown bins, but I remember that, when I worked for a council, a proposal was made to do away with the brown bin service because it was a non-statutory service, and elected members were not happy about that proposal.
I know that in Wales, for example, third sector organisations have closed because of changes to funding, which is not a good thing. I will go back to Mr Brown’s questions about trade and something that Tom Sallis outlined.
