Liability for NHS Charges (Treatment of Industrial Disease) (Scotland) Bill - Background to the Bill
The Bill would have meant that compensators and insurers would have had new financial liabilities which long pre-dated the Bill.
The draft proposal for the current Bill was lodged on 28 March 2018 and the consultation closed on 22 June 2018.

Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Bill - Power to add Sex to Hate Crime Characteristics
