I cannot understand why the UK Government lacks basic economic competence in that respect.There has never been a recession in which a country has budget-cut its way back to prosperity.
Amendment 243 would extend the period of time in which a 14-day licence could be used from 14 days to six months from the date on which the licence was granted.
