To ask the Scottish Government what conversations it has had with Anderson Anderson & Brown LLP regarding any implications of VAT in delivering the National Care Service.
That is ahead of future reforms to the service, which SiobhianBrown, who is the Minister for Victims and Community Safety, will introduce at stage 2 of the Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill.
