Those organisations have always stressed that they prioritise carers of terminally ill people, and we set that date to allow them to adapt their procedures once they are under less pressure.
Why should we pass a bill that is based on a wing-and-a-prayer hope that those institutions will live up to their responsibilities when, to date, many of them have quite blatantly not done so?
I have two questions about that. First, between those dates, when did you sign off the moderation scheme and when did you begin moderating the results?
So that there is no misunderstanding, what I am saying is that we will collect the data on the census date in June 2021. Will that involve a look back at the impact of schooling from August through to spring?
