I can report that the guidance associated with the island communities impact assessments is currently out to consultation, with a closing date of 9 November. That guidance will be in place for when the ICIA duties are brought into force.
That policy was passed with 99 per cent agreement, which is the highest-ever agreement to date. I think that all the witnesses would agree that not having access to menstrual products is a breach of basic human rights.
I am very clear that part 1 is not limited to post-conviction disposals, so it could cover pre-conviction disposals, such as bail conditions, at a later date. I oppose amendments 68 to 70 for the same reason.

As I have outlined in the transitional arrangements, any cases that are currently going through the system should fall at the date of royal assent. Have you had any contact with the Lord Advocate about that?
Those are programmes for youth employment and developing the workforce, so I presume that the colleges would wish to continue with those initiatives beyond that date. I assume so, and I assume that the Government would.
