On 22 February, the BBC announced that it will cover the £1.2 million cost of Gaelic programmes that BBC Alba has funded to date, which will release welcome funds for BBC Alba.
The Parliament and the Government will do everything within their power to combat recession in Scotland. I agree that the money is in place, but it is a matter of what is done with it.
The grant of planning permission would pre-date my taking up office as Minister for Public Health, Sport and Wellbeing and almost certainly my time in my previous position, but I understand that people want answers to those questions.
