We are on track to reach Net Zero by 2038 (which is the latest date recommend for public sector bodies to achieve Net Zero outlined here), but aim to reach this sooner if practical and cost effective.
The direct allocation of funding in 202122 was welcome, but a challenge, because we had to commit our allocation between the date of notification in December 2021 and 31st March 2022 which was a very short timescale in which to get projects pulled together and get governance over the spend, together with making a commitment by 31st of March 2022.
