It is expected to report before the summer recess.

The Committee has carried out a number of inquiries this year on the implications for Scotland’s public finances as a result of changes to the financial responsibilities of the Parliament arising from the Scotland Acts 2012 and 2016.

I note the questions included in the Committee’s letter, and whilst I appreciate the offer that this date could be pushed back if the Regulations were to be withdrawn, I shall nevertheless endeavour to provide the Committee with a response by the 16 December as requested.
