The reasons for doing so are outlined by the Deputy First Minister in his letter to the Presiding Officer dated 24 August 2016 and relate to the halting of commencement of parts 4 and 5 of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014.

We hope to publish that shortly. As it stands the indicative date for the reopening of indoor sport and leisure facilities is 14 September with physical distancing and enhanced hygiene measures in place.
To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S5O-03231 by Paul Wheelhouse on 15 May 2019 (Official Report, c. 11), by what date the revised timetables for the deliveries of vessels 801 and 802 will be published.
To date, discussions on the development of the income supplement have taken place at an official level and these are ongoing as the policy continues to be developed.
