Report on European Union (Withdrawal) Bill Supplementary LCM - Status of Devolution Acts
The Secretary of State for Scotland confirmed, in his letter dated 5 April 2018 to the Scottish Government, that the UK Government would table amendments to apply the same protection from modification to the Scotland Act 1998 and the Government of Wales Act that currently applies to the Northern Ireland Act.
