Addressing Child Poverty Through Parental Employment - Conclusion
The Committee recommends that the Scottish Government ensures that, in making policy commitments, it builds in adequate time between confirmation of funding, establishment of expanded services and date of expected outcomes. Also, that funding has the continuity needed to deliver those outcomes.

Bail and Release from Custody (Scotland) Bill Stage 1 Report - Section 6 - Prisoners not to be released on certain days of the week
It does this by further restricting the days on which prisoners are released from custody, thereby bringing forward the release dates of affected prisoners to days on which accessing services may be easier.
