Experiences of health and social care integration
At its meeting on 4 October 2022, the Committee took evidence from stakeholders discussing experiences of the process of integration of health and social care in Scotland to date, with a specific focus on social care.
However, the admissibility criteria in the 2002 Act require a complaint to be made “within one year from the date when the complainer could reasonably have become aware of the conduct complained about.”
The purpose of the instrument is to extend the date by which all teachers in independent schools (recruited before 01 October 2017) must register with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (“GTCS”).
This inquiry will continue into the next parliamentary year with stakeholder engagement workshops scheduled to discuss experiences of EU funding to date and how any future replacement of funding should be approached.
