The bill still has to go through the parliamentary process, so it will be a challenge to pass it before the recess begins, which will be at the end of March, as things currently stand.

To ask the Scottish Government how much of the (a) A9 and (b) A96 has been dualled since the start of the current parliamentary session in 2021 to date. The A9 dualling programme will upgrade 83 miles (133 kilometres) of road from single to dual carriageway.
One option currently being funded through PSF, includes funding for soil testing and analysis. To date 4,805 Scottish farmers and crofters have taken up the support for their soil analysis through PSF.Sustainable and regenerative agriculture: code of practice - gov.scot launched on 19th June 2025.
The project was intended to provide excellent, up-to-date, accessible and impartial advice, information and support on welfare rights, residence rights and housing and homelessness rights.
