(S4O-03136) In the parliamentary debate just before the recess, I made it clear that the Scottish Government intends to publish its third “Oil and Gas Analytical Bulletin” in the coming weeks.
Overall the programme remains as set out by the First Minister in October 2012, with the award of the contract expected later this year and construction completed by spring 2018. Over the Christmas recess, the minister said that sections of the AWPR could be open early and before spring 2018.
The Parliament has not yet determined when it will hold stage 3. Members will be informed of that date in due course along with that of the deadline for lodging stage 3 amendments.
I ask Fiona Brown to give you a bit more of an insight into the STPR2 engagement process and the issues that that is starting to flush out in the feedback that we have had to date. As Gail Ross correctly said, we undertook workshops and stakeholder feedback sessions last year.
Schools’ policies have to reflect that updating, and schools must ensure that, when they discuss such issues with young people, they use current and up-to-date information. That is an on-going issue, and it reflects national guidance.

None of the physical construction work has therefore commenced. The total cost to date in progressing the HMP Highland project is £5,516,864, which includes costs associated with the purchase of the land.
Importantly, however, that route map needs to be driven by data, not by dates. The danger is that some in the aviation industry think that setting a date simply resolves the issues that the international travel restrictions are in place to deal with.
However, because not all the data that we have received about its passengers is correct, we are asking anyone on that flight who did not provide up-to-date contact details to call the national health service national contact tracing centre on 0800 030 8012.
