We have one meeting, which will happen next week, before the recess. That will be a proper meeting at which we will get a flavour of our work, but that is all that members will have.

The Scottish Government’s engagement on developing governance and accountability of NHS boards will begin in March 2014 and I expect to report on the outcome before the summer recess. S4W-19459
We intend to publish a National Planning Framework Monitoring Report after the summer recess. An announcement on the revision of the National Planning Framework will be made at that time.

Delegated Powers
The UK Government has published a revised Delegated Powers Memorandum to accompany the Bill as brought from the Commons, dated 13 June 2025. It explains in each case the purpose of the power, why a delegated power is appropriate, and the parliamentary procedure that has been selected.
Part 3: Final provisions
Part 3 makes final provisions, including specifying the procedures that regulation-making powers are subject to, and commencement dates. Section 7 (on the duty to publish a model lease for environmental purposes within two years) comes into force on the day after Royal Assent.
