To ask the Scottish Government what advice it has received regarding changing the target date for dualling the A9. No advice has been received regarding changing the target date.
I guess that the association was suggesting that the impact of the recession led to the increase, but the fact is that the recession was relatively mild in Canada compared with other places.
It also aims to improve the powers of the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator and to bring Scottish charity legislation up to date with certain key aspects of regulation in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
