I will start by disagreeing with Robert Brown: this has been a very productive debate with good contributions from all sides of the chamber.There is one point that no one has raised.
Members should ask themselves seriously whether David Davidson, Andrew Wilson or Gordon Brown is the best person to take care of the Scotch whisky industry.
