I find it incredible that this organisation is allowed to go on as it has.I sat at the recent press conference for the appointment of Duncan McGhie and listened to the chair of the SAC describe how he had been monitoring the financial situation at Scottish Opera. That is a bit like Craig Brown saying that he is monitors the Scotland performances.
