Since April 2020, through our regulatory framework, we have required all social landlords to have in place effective arrangements and a policy for whistleblowing by staff and elected governing body members, to make the policy easily available to those individuals and to ensure that it is promoted widely to staff and governing body members. In the year to date, we have been contacted twice; those cases are still working their way through, and we will report on them in the annual report for the current financial year.
