To ask the Scottish Government what its position is on whether there should be more programmes in the school curriculum that aim to prevent violence in dating and intimate partner relationships.
Thus, in failing to embed a holistic, climate action ethos at local and regional levels, the programme in the UK (to date) constitutes a missed opportunity.

In response to questions from Members, the Cabinet Secretary confirmed that registered sex offenders would not be required to notify the police if they already had a GRC prior to the date of their conviction. However, they would be required to notify the police if an application for a GRC was still outstanding at the date of conviction or upon the issue of a full GRC.
She confirmed it was not possible to set a definite end date for the pilots, but stated that:
it is my ambition to ensure Scotland-wide improvements are adopted by Spring 2026 and I also remain committed to ensuring that changes for the benefit of all are rolled out as quickly as possible.
As noted above, these amendments have been scheduled for debate at various dates during February and where updates are available on them they are provided below.
A note on passports issued prior to September 2018
UK passports are valid for ten years, but before September 2018, people renewing their passports prior to the expiry date, were granted credit of up to nine months.
