I will stop now in case I go back to my earlier issue with Gavin Brown. We are beginning to run out of time, so I will mop up with a couple of questions on important areas that we have not yet touched on.

This has been a fascinating discussion on a somewhat esoteric subject to say the least. It is far from esoteric, Mr Brown. Absolutely. It is particularly odd that a Scottish National Party minister is engaged in harmonising things throughout Great Britain.
