I thank the minister for a copy of her statement and I welcome Keith Brown to his new position.We can welcome quite a lot of the statement, which is wide ranging.
Misrepresentation of that fact by SNP Government members is why there has been mischief and a failure to reach consensus. It is unfortunate that Mr Brown, too, has taken that position. That is not correct.
It would be helpful to know whether the Scottish Government supports the application of the offshore regime, which has been developed over 40 years of oil and gas exploitation, to the new sector of offshore wind and marine renewables. Gavin Brown’s point about the energy efficiency action plan is important.
Or public bodies for which you are responsible. Would Mr Brown like to comment on the point at which a non-investment property becomes an investment property?
