I thank the minister for a copy of her statement and I welcome Keith Brown to his new position.We can welcome quite a lot of the statement, which is wide ranging.
Misrepresentation of that fact by SNP Government members is why there has been mischief and a failure to reach consensus. It is unfortunate that Mr Brown, too, has taken that position. That is not correct.
