In preparing regulations under new section 2A(1), regard must be had to the target-setting criteria and the most up-to-date advice from the relevant body (new section 2A(3)).
Since the announcement of 16 more EIS strike dates, which will close our schools, deprive our children of their education and throw family life into chaos, no dates for negotiation have been sought or fixed.
In that context, what action is the Scottish Government taking to ensure that local authorities are required to deliver robust and up-to-date air quality action plans with specified target dates?
I take that as a suggestion that, as we did last year, we should meet quickly after the recess. Yes—or towards the end of the recess—whichever you think, convener.

To ask the Scottish Government how much has been paid out from the Energy Investment Fund to date. The Energy Investment Fund, and its predecessor Renewable Energy Investment Fund, has made investments of £90.4 million to date.
If there was more than one act or omission, it would be the last date of the act or omission. It is the date the act or omission stopped if the failings in question were ongoing (continuing) ones.
