I held a round-table meeting with probationers just before parliamentary recess and heard from them a number of different approaches to how they regard their employment, with people perhaps being less likely to move than they might have been in the past.
As I mentioned in response to an earlier question, we will also be consulting soon on proposals for a heat in buildings bill. Over the recess, I had the pleasure of visiting Sunamp in Tranent, in East Lothian.
