The Executive response reassures us that no one will be disadvantaged, as no penalty will be applied in respect of statements that are submitted before the date when the regulations come into force.

First, we will require to programme an additional meeting to those that were originally planned, to cope with the work load on private bills. Secondly, we have a provisional date—it is no more robust than that—for the indicated visit of the Committee on Procedures of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
