African Swine Fever (Scotland) Order 2003 (SSI 2003/586) Late implementation of the order is an issue, but there are no other substantive points to raise.The Executive explained that because of the aftermath of the foot-and-mouth epidemic, it was not possible to implement the order by the implementation date.
