Annual Report 2017-18 - Commissioner Complaints
The Committee recommended to Parliament that Alexander Burnett MSP should be prohibited from lodging Parliamentary Questions for written answer for a period of two weeks, which should not overlap with any period of recess. Parliament approved this sanction on 4 October 2017.
