If the directive has been amended a number of times, it is pretty important that we get those amendments so that we are kept up to date. Given the history of the relationship between the committee and the Executive, it should have been clear that if it does not supply all the information, we are going to question that.

Community Care and Health (Scotland) Act 2002 (Transitional Provisions) Order 2003 (SSI 2003/63) We might like to ask the Executive why the italic headnote to the order gives 28 February 2003 as the date on which the order will come into force when article 1 states that it comes into force in May 2003.
